Cheesecake with yoghurt

Prepare fast & easily a creamy and delicious cheesecake with velvety texture Koukakis Farm Greek Yoghurt


  • 250g digestive biscuits with less fat
  • 100g Koukakis Farm butter
  • 250g whipping cream 35% fat
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 350g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon

Garnish: Fresh strawberries or strawberry jam or lemon jam or cherry jam or strawberry sauce


  1. Crush the cookies with an electric mixer
  2. Melt the butter in a pan
  3. Αdd the cookies and the melted butter in a bowl and mix well
  4. Beat the whipping cream and the powdered sugar in the mixer until they are well combined and smooth
  5. Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until it is soft
  6. Add the yoghurt and the whipped cream in the mixer with the cream cheese
  7. Add the lemon juice and mix until well combined


  • Serve in glass bowls
  • Place a layer of biscuit
  • Place a layer of cream
  • Repeat once again by adding a layer of biscuit and a layer of cream
  • Finally, add the garnish you have chosen
