Chickpeas Salad

Create a refreshing homemade salad with the velvety texture of Koukakis Farm Greek Yoghurt


  • ½ kg chickpeas
  • 200g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
  • 100g olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • ¼ tsp. cumin
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 tbs. tahini
  • Juice of a lemon and its zest
  • Chives
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Soak the chickpeas, in a bowl of water
  2. Boil the chickpeas until they soften
  3. Chop the onion
  4. In a bowl, mix together yoghurt with tahini, chives, lemon juice, salt, pepper
  5. Combine chickpeas, lemon zest, onion, parsley, olive oil, in another bowl
  6. Add salt and pepper


  • Serve the chickpeas on a dish and add the yoghurt mixture above
