Crème caramel

Homemade, delicious caramel cream with Koukakis Farm Fresh Milk and Butter


For cream

  • 2 cups Koukakis Farm whole milk
  • 2 tbs. Koukakis Farm butter
  • 2 eggs and 4 yolks
  • 120g sugar
  • Vanilla powder
  • Water

For the caramel

  • 1 tbs. lemon juice
  • 3 tbs. water
  • 60g sugar


  1. Add the milk in a pot and heat for 15 minutes
  2. Remove the kettle from the heat and add a pinch of vanilla
  3. Butter the forms
  4. Add water and lemon in a pan
  5. Add the sugar and mix until it caramels
  6. Divide the caramel equally among the forms
  7. Add the eggs, the yolks and the sugar in a bowl
  8. Add the milk, while whipping the mixture
  9. Divide the mixture equally among the forms
  10. Place the forms in a pan, and pour water until the bottom of the pan is covered
  11. Place the forms in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees
  12. Remove them from the oven and let them cool


  • Turn over the form on a plate, and take it slowly off, until the caramel cream comes out
