Potato Snack

Homemade recipe for a delicious potato snack, made with Koukakis Farm Greek Yoghurt


  • 2 moderate potatoes
  • 300g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
  • 80g olive oil
  • Juice ½ lemon
  • Dill
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Boil the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes
  2. Add 2 tbs. olive oil, in a pan
  3. Cut the potatoes into thick cut chips and fry
  4. Add the yoghurt in a bowl
  5. Add the olive oil and lemon to the mixture and mix
  6. Add salt, pepper, dill and mix


  • Serve on a plate while the potatoes are hot and garnish with dressing and dill
