Traditional Greek delight with the velvety texture of Koukakis Farm Greek Yoghurt


  • 500g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 50ml vinegar
  • ½ cucumber
  • Dill
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Chop the cucumber into cubes
  2. Chop the dill
  3. Add the yoghurt in a bowl
  4. Add olive oil, vinegar, and mix
  5. Add salt, pepper, and garlic
  6. Finally, add the cucumber and dill, and mix


  • It is ready to be served
