Patsavouropita with yoghurt

Prepare fast & easily a delicious savory pie with Koukakis Farm Greek Yoghurt, Fresh Milk, Semi hard cheese & Feta cheese


  • 5-6 pieces of ready dough for traditional pies
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 200g Koukakis Farm full - fat Greek yoghurt
  • 200g Koukakis Farm feta cheese
  • 3 to 4 slices smoked turkey - in pieces -
  • Half cup grated Koukakis Farm semi-hard cheese
  • 2 cups Koukakis farm full-fat fresh milk
  • 1 kg. C. Baking powder
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons Semolina or breadcrumbs - grated -
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Cut the dough into four pieces and fry in a non-stick pan without oil until they become crispy.
  2. Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl
  3. Add the cream cheese, the yoghurt, feta cheese and milk.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add the turkey, the baking powder, salt, pepper, and mix.
  6. In a greased baking dish sprinkle with semolina and add the dough crushed into smaller pieces.
  7. Drizzle with a little olive oil and add over the mixture.
  8. Spread it, to cover all the dough and garnish with semi-hard cheese.
  9. Sprinkle with a little oil and bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.
  10. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
