Homemade recipe, made with Koukakis Farm Greek Yoghurt, Fresh Milk and Butter


  • 1kg beef fillet cut into strips
  • 400g mushrooms
  • 400g Koukakis Farm Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml Koukakis Farm full-fat milk
  • 150ml white wine
  • 150ml water
  • 1 package of macaroni
  • Koukakis Farm butter
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Cut the fillet into small pieces
  2. Marinate the pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  3. Sauté the fillet over high heat for 2 minutes
  4. Chop the mushrooms and the onion
  5. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms and onion
  6. Add the white wine and the beef fillets
  7. Add water and boil for 10 minutes
  8. Add yoghurt, olive oil, and milk, in a bowl
  9. Turn off the heat and add the mixture
  10. Boil the macaroni and drain
  11. Melt the butter


  • Serve the portion of macaroni on a plate and add a portion of the mixture above. Garnish with chopped onion.
